OneSound Charity USA ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

When you create an account, we collect:

- Date of birth, gender
- City, state, and country
- Profile photo (optional)

- Donation activity and tier status
- Volunteer signups and shift history
- Community posts, comments, and interactions
- Prayer requests and help requests
- Class registrations and event participation
- Chat messages with administrators
Device Information
- Device type and operating system
- Push notification tokens
- App version
Photos and Camera
We access your camera and photo library only when you choose to upload a profile photo, share photos in community posts, send donation receipt screenshots via chat, or upload event photos.
Biometric Data
If you enable biometric lock (Face ID or Touch ID), authentication is handled entirely by your device. We never receive, store, or transmit your biometric data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain app features and services
- Verify donations and assign donor tier badges
- Process volunteer applications
- Facilitate communication between members and administrators
- Send push notifications about announcements, events, and updates
- Moderate community content for safety
- Display aggregated impact statistics
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
- Donor Wall: Your name and tier badge may appear publicly. Dollar amounts are never shown.
- Community Posts: Approved posts are visible to all users with your name and photo.
- Volunteer ID: Your name, photo, and role appear on your digital ID card.
- Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication, storage, and notifications.
- Legal: We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules, master password protection, and optional biometric lock.
5. Payment Information
Donations are processed through third-party services (CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal). We do not collect or store any payment credentials within the app.
6. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
- Access: View your data through your profile
- Update: Edit your information at any time
- Delete: Request account deletion via in-app chat
- Opt-out: Disable notifications through device settings
